• Account information: name, email address, WhatsApp number
• Business data: products, orders, suppliers, production runs, inventory data you enter
• Usage data: login times, features used, AI query content
• Integration data: WooCommerce order data, Courier Guy shipment data

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To send account and billing communications
• To process AI queries on your behalf via Anthropic Claude API
• To integrate with third-party services you connect (WooCommerce, Courier Guy)

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (DigitalOcean). We apply industry-standard security including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) and access controls.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with: Anthropic (AI processing), WooCommerce/Automattic (order sync if connected), Shiplogic/The Courier Guy (shipping if connected), Paystack (payment processing). Each has their own privacy policy.

6. Your POPIA Rights

Under POPIA you have the right to: access your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

7. Data Retention

Active account data is retained for the life of your subscription. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then deleted. You may request immediate deletion by emailing hello@tracecoreai.co.za.

8. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
