These Terms govern the use of TraceCore AI ("Service"), operated by Toby Jonker t/a SaaS Node, 493 Grobler Street, Derby, NW 0347, South Africa ("we", "us"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.
TraceCore AI is a cloud-based production and inventory management platform. Features include order management, raw material tracking, production run logging, WooCommerce integration, Courier Guy integration, and AI-powered business assistance.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment is required to start. After 7 days, access requires an active subscription. Data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry before deletion.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is accepted via EFT bank transfer or Paystack. The Founder's Deal locks pricing for the life of the subscription. Cancellation removes the locked pricing permanently.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful content, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to resell access without written permission.
Your business data is stored on dedicated infrastructure and not shared with third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g. WooCommerce, Courier Guy APIs). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
AI features are powered by Anthropic Claude. AI responses are informational only and do not constitute professional advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output.
We target 99% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Support is provided via email and WhatsApp during South African business hours.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Either party may terminate at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
